I've wanted this too -- if we're logging into a drawer (ie LOGBOOK),
shouldn't there be a relatively simple way of getting the drawer
contents, and taking the top (or bottom) log entry?
On the other hand, looking at `org-add-log-setup', maybe it wouldn't be
all that easy, either.
