Unfortunately, this code does not give a good translation in latex , here is the result in the tex file: 

\begin{equation}

\label{eq:2}

A B

\end{equation}

Maybe you won't see in my email that there are 4 $ in this formula, and that is not accepted in equation environnment. So the pfd generation fails. 

It works bette in html, but the equation is neither in center, nor numbered. 

Another suggestion ?
