...I'm after all not totally sure we need a one-size-fits-all solution.This particular sub-thread started when Andras noted he needed a way to handle this case, and Nicolas coded up an initial example. So I think we just need to establish what a reasonable default is.
Absolutely, I'm just asking what can be changed afterwards, maybe by providing an extended inline quotes syntax or so.
