always need to apply remote host after emacs load

hello friends org mode is amazing however i don't remember when but i
guess after an update a month or so ago my system start to ask me
continiously do i like to "an org mode document would like to download
"An org-mode document would like to download
https://fniessen.github.io/org-html-themes/org/theme-readtheorg.setup,
which is not considered safe." i figured out you can add the safe host
option and after i did that (and double checked that it loads) my system
still asking me on each load do i want to download this stupid
update. please help, and everybody have a great day
