A small warning for trying planner-authz with Apache2: There are some
backward in-commutable API changes in mod_perl2 that Mason (which
planner-authz depends on) hasn't catched up with. I'm not a Perl guy
and haven't figured out how to fix this. So if you are using Apache2,
you may want mod_perl2 before 2.0.0-RC5.
