* We need to find out which tasks to bring to the foreground.
For me, I would want to cycle through all the open tasks in plan pages
that begin with @, because I use a GTD type procees. As far as what
would work best for the most amount of people, maybe it _should_ be
based off of something like what-am-i-supposed-to-be-doing, and then it
would be up to the user to get what they want into that page or buffer.
* We need to pop up a reminder
sounds good to me, I'm new to planner-appt, so I can't suggest anything here
* It would be nice if we could deal with time estimates so that short
tasks bubble up to the top automatically.
I think this we be a great feature as well. As far as the goal of the
tenmins script however, I think the goal is to look at every single
'next-action' or 'open task' for one minute each... then two minutes
each. So that you can dash or sprint your way through all your tasks.
Supposing that if you touch your tasks each day and force your way
through a minute or two of work on it, it will get you unstuck and help
you have a better picture of everything you need to do. So for this
specific script, the time required to complete each task isn't required.
I think we've got the pieces for this one. =)
I can help you write the next-action code when we figure out where you
want the next action to come from.
