Yes, those are the main ones. You can take a look at
https://emacsconf.org/help_with_main_captions/, pick a talk that you'd
like to edit the captions for, and grab the .webm and the .vtt. If you
e-mail me, I can update the wiki page to mark that the talk is reserved
for you.
Another way to help is to add chapter markers to long Q&A sessions so
that people can jump to specific questions. I've added some help tags to
the longer Q&A sessions from this year so that they're listed at
https://emacsconf.org/help_with_chapter_markers/ , which also explains
what the whole thing is about.
For either of these, please feel free to ask questions so that I can
make the documentation better. No rush, help always welcome!
