[emms-help] cannot use pbi

Hi I'm using the Debian unstable version of emms and following the
guidelines in the info page, I made a 'my-emms.el'

when I use 'emms-pbi' I now get:
Symbol's function definition is void: emms-info-mp3info-providep

Removing the info methods block will remove the error but I cant then
have a pbi buffer. Does someone know what I am doing wrong?
