[ePiX-users] New release (v1.0.15)

This release contains fairly substantial cleanup and a moderate amount of 
reorganization. Some bugs with geometric intersections are fixed. Please 
let me know of any problems (building failures or warnings, unexpected or 
erroneous behavior, etc.)
