[ePiX-users] New release (Version 1.1.12)

NOTES

This release contains a bit of code cleanup and adds a few minor features: 
simple error bars; glyphs for right angles, subtended arcs, and broken 
axes; a choice of decimal or scientific notation for log labels in the 
axis class.
