        * erc-compat.el (erc-with-selected-window): New compatibility
        macro that implements `with-selected-window'.

        * erc-goodies.el (erc-scroll-to-bottom): Use it.  This fixes a bug
        with buffer ordering where ERC buffers would move to the top.
