Details:
When defining DIPOLES but not MAGNETOSTATICS in myconfig.h, it is possible to
activate a magnetic field using
constraint ext_magn_field
but the resulting energy contributions and torques are silently not computed.
In Espresso 3.0 (and probably older, too) always define MAGNETOSTATICS and
DIPOLES.
A resolution and a test case for magnetic field is available in my github
repo.
