Follow-up Comment #1:

Actually, there were two issues with the part command, which should be fixed
now.

1. the incorrect output of mu_E as reported
2. quat + dip cannot be set together, but where output both in case ROTATION
and DIPOLES were on. Now only dipm is output in this case, and the full dip if
and only if DIPOLES is on.

Now copy_particle at least works with the maximal and minimal feature sets,
and due to a simplification of the particle printing, I hope also all other
combinations work.
