[Fhsst-authors] Some formatting changes in Physics sections

Hi everyone

Don't freak out when you next look at your chapters
and can't find the units tables! We have moved the
units tables to the end of each chapter under the
section: "Important equations and quantities". The
thought was that it's better to start a chapter with
words rather than a list of scary-looking units and
equations. 

So please don't forget to do a cvs update when you
next start editing because there will be lots of
conflicts otherwise!
