This is one of the two reasons why version 1.3beta2 was released 
immediately after version 1.3beta. Please update to 1.3beta2 (or wait
for 1.3 which __should__ be released next Monday...). 

Update instructions are available at:

Updating from 1.3beta to 1.3beta2 is exceptionally easy.
