[Fle3-users] Translating problem from argentina

This message is to consult you about the following.
In our university we are triyng to instal Fle3 but se found an error 
when we run the START.BAT. th eprograms is in hold in aline that says
2002-08-29T14:07:08 INFO(0) ZSERVER PCGI SERVER STARTED AT THU AGU 29 =
11:07:08 2002
Inet Socket Port: 8090

Universidad estamos intentado instalar Fle , pero nos encontramos que =
cuando corremos START.BAT, el programa se cuelga en la l=EDnea que dice:
