[Fle3-users] Fle3 1.4.0beta released

Fle3 version 1.4.0beta was just released.

In addition to normal bug fixes, the user interface of the new version
is improved in several places. New features include playroles for
course contexts, search in Knowledge Building and WebTops, and quota
for WebTops.

The following translations are updated: Dutch, English, Finnish, German,
Italian, Lithuanian, Norwegian, Portuguese, and Spanish. Because of new
features, there was this time plenty of translation work to do. Big thanks
to all translators!
