If you want to access as manager/owner the username is "Alistair" and 
password "enter"

Okay. What might you need to know about the permissions set up?

There seem to be several points where permissions can be set. Where 
should I be looking?

I added the contents of the folder. The users are participants and they 
can access the KB part of the course with no problems.
