[fluid-dev] FS & Jack on OS X

Hi

I just installed the latest version of Jack for OS X and recompiled 
fluidsynth-1.0.5 with both coreaudio and jack support. While sound via 
CoreAudio has been of a good quality for some time now, I am happy to 
say that sound output through Jack is now also crystal-clear and 
distortion-free.:-)
