[freesci-develop] WinCE / Pocket PC port of FreeSCI

Hi All,

I'm running into problems getting the port to compile, and would appreciate
any help.

I'd like to either get it to compile through linux / cygwin (as was Ismail's
intentions),
or create the embedded visual C++ project.

To create the visual C++ project I first need help understanding how to
compile the win32 version.
