All of that sounds reasonable to me, including us not directly
supporting WinME. However, if someone wants to come along and take
care of WinME support without creating extra work for you, I have no
issues with that either.
The renaming of our config/savegame directory is an independent
issue. Changing this to `FreeSCI' on Win32 is trivial.
