FYI, this and the rest of the patches are not in the package I (try
to) maintain.
The basic theory for @dircategory is to match the sections of the Free
Software Directory [1] and also the "GNU Manuals Online" page [2],
which itself tries to resemble the dir file as installed on the
system. Unfortunately, there are many exceptions and in general lots
of packages do not follow this principle. It would be nice to fix
this; I think the most appropriate @dircategory for Freetalk is "Live
communications".
The @direntry description should (IMHO) describe breifly the package
in a meaningful way, as any documentation listed in the dir file is
either a user/developer manual, a reference, or both.
