Copyright infringement (of the kind being discussed in this context, at
least) is seldom a criminal activity, more often a matter actionable in
the civil courts. Some work has been done towards neutralising the
"property/theft/piracy" memes, but more is needed.
Personally, I can't sanction encouraging lawbreaking. I'd much prefer to
campaign for a change in the law.
