Two different things here:
1. The second group of renewals is now due. There are many more than in
the first group and I'm late with notices, because I'm trying to make sure
that we can cope with the numbers and get them out closer to the renewal
date from now on.
2. There's a kink in the online subscription system if you pick a certain
combination of options. I believe it happened because the author of the
subs system and the two people responsible didn't communicate properly
when setting it up. No details have been lost and I will fix the problem
after the renewals. I should have emailed to let people know what is
wrong, but I didn't realise it had been so long. I'll do that now.
