Apparently the MEP responsible for all the
patent brouhaha (McCarthy) is doing this
solely because patents are a bad thing, and
we need protecting from them.
At least that is what these Alics-in-Wonderland
comments in her memo appear to be saying,
perhaps to someone else some of this makes
sense :-/
