It's a newsletter I subscribe to. Usually not of much interest but I thought the part I quoted was relevant.
I looked at GNN.gov.uk but can't see how I can monitor it easily or that it has
interesting content.
I have a google alert on Andrew Harvie but nothing has come up of interest to
the private bill he was sponsoring to introduce FLOSS to Scotland.
