Uhm, MOSI organise regular speeches and debates about a variety of
issues. I was recently (wearing my NO2ID hat) on a panel in a debate
about a universal DNA database, and suggested to their events
co-ordinator that doing something on Free Software would be valuable and
interesting.

It was a bit too late in the day to consider it as a venue for rms' talk
but it would certainly be worth considering in future.
