Hi,

as a novice, I have translated only less than half the issue in pad.

I have left out those paragraphs which has institutions closed to

USA daylive for others who has more experience.

I am sorry that Hotmail put your mail in the "others"

instead of the "priority", as I noticed to late and I have to get

up early tomorrow to work
