The Spanish translation of the FSF bulletin has ended and now, it will 
need a review

I will send the final document tomorrow Tuesday morning once it is 
completely reviewed or if I do no receive any comment.

@devin: Sorry we have not been able to send it yet. I was super busy and 
I could not help with the translation before yesterday.
