The exact nqthm-1992 executable that Matt used may be found as the two files

   ftp://ftp.cs.utexas.edu/pub/boyer/nqthm/nqthm-1992/saved_nqthm-1992

which is a gcl image of about 14 megabytes and

   ftp://ftp.cs.utexas.edu/pub/boyer/nqthm/nqthm-1992/nqthm-1992

which is a text file of only about 100 characters, and which invokes
saved_nqthm-1992.  (It goes without saying that the directories mentioned in
the file nqthm-1992 would have to be changed to invoke the saved_nqthm-1992
wherever it is placed for it to work elsewhere.)
