[gcmd-usr] add a first bookmark

Hi!

If bookmarks list is empty, then add a first bookmarks cause 
segmentation fault. Patch in attach.

The bookmarks in development branch work a bit differently. 
Now is problem with save, but I don't understand, how should
it work. So, no patch ;)

For my last patch (incorrect comparison in gnome-cmd-xfer.c).
Yes, you have right. Now I see, that "dest_fn" must be free'd too.
