[gcmd-usr] renamer tool

Hi gcmd lovers,

i want to rename some files with the renamer-tool.
Who can i change the case? For example the first
sign from the filename (of from a word in a filename) 
in upper chase and the file extension in lower chase?

I there any ability to do that?
