[gcmd-usr] Gnome-commander-1.2.8.17 released

Dear GCMD users and developers,

today I released GCMD version 1.2.8.17.

You may remember that I wrote that v1.2.8.16 will be the last release in
the 1.2 branch. But because of bug #721132 GCMD was unable to be build
on Fedora Linux. That's why I created this bug fix release.

 * Fixed problem bgo#721132 (Support build with -Werror=format-security)
 * Updated GCMD home page location
 * New or updated translations: 
       es (Daniel Mustieles), 
       id (Andika Triwidada), 
       pt_BR (Adorilson Bezerra)

PS: I'm planning to release version 1.4.0 in the near future. Basically,
    this will be the current snapshot of the GCMD master branch. For
    this I'm analyzing the differences between the gcmd-1-2-8 and master
    branch commits to give an overview about what has changed. It is
    really allot! Stay tuned... :-)
