[gcmd-usr] Translation of GCMD-Homepage?

Hi GCMD-Users,

I'm wondering if it would be a good idea to have the GCMD homepage
translated in other languages than English. What do you think?

If anyone of you has the motivation to help, he could start to translate
https://gcmd.github.io/ to a language of his choice. In this case, I
would push this translated version on GitHub so that it is accessible
via just one click.

And BTW, I'm open for discussion! :)
