[gcmd-usr] Gnome Commander 1.10.0 released

Hi,

Gnome Commander v1.10.0 with a new icon is out - Yeah!

It is advisable to update to 1.10.0 as I will remove the ability to
read ~/.gnome-commander/gnome-commander.xml in the next bugfix release.
This is needed to remove the reference to the old gnome-config library.
