[gcmd-usr] gcmd on Ubuntu 19.04 (Disco Dingo) ???

Hi,

I upgraded my Ubuntu to 19.04 (Disco Dingo). The installer removed my 
gnome-commander. :(
I didn't find the binary of gnome-commander suitable to Disco Dingo. :(
Tried to bild and install by |./configure && make && sudo -i make install |but 
./configure said "itstool not found". Installed. :)
Next missed package is xmllint. I tried to install this one (sudo apt install xmllint) 
but I got the answer "Can't found this package: xmllint"

Please help me to get back gnome-commander (my favourit file manager).
