Dear Mahdi,
The Getfem user mailing list is more appropriate for your question than
the bug report.
The qhull package is not strictly mandatory. If it is not present, Xfem,
fictitious domain and mesh facilities will be disabled.
To answer to your question, it seams to me that since CentOS is built on
the red-hat distribution, then you have to search a rpm package
qhull-devel compatible with CentOs or RedHat. May be this one:
http://pkgs.org/centos-6-rhel-6/naulinux-school-x86_64/qhull-devel-2010.1-1.el6.x86_64.rpm.html
