I'm attaching a pair of minor fixes for GNU/k*BSD. Please apply.

        * configure.in: Turn mt-linux into mt-gnu. Use mt-gnu and enable
        libmudflap for all GNU-based systems (with Glibc).
        * configure: Regenerate.
