Also, there are several very real projects the OGS project can draw upon
(phpGroupWare among others) which is considerably more for a start than
a good deal of SourceForge projects have ever had...

It was also one of the reasons I came up with the level 2s and 3s - we
need to priotise things we want to achieve, otherwise it will forever be
'work in progress'. Having something that does what people want in
areasonable timeframe is very important.
