[Gm2] GM2 0.41 released

Hi Modula-2 friends,

I'm announcing that 0.41 has been released. Essentially this
incorporates many bug fixes to 0.40 and also provides a clean
build (make gm2.paranoid and make check-gm2)
on the sparc ultra 1 and i386 GNU/Linux platforms.

Here is the recent weekly change log entry:

* GM2 Release 0.41
* native sparc port passes make gm2.paranoid and make check-gm2
* native i386  port passes make gm2.paranoid and make check-gm2
* fixed bug in M2GenGCC.mod, coerced constant set parameter
  values to correct set type.
* fixed bug in M2GenGCC.mod when assigning constant to an ISO WORD

and the main additional features since 0.40 are:

* added 1353 regression tests into dejagnu format.
* improved documentation, gm2.texi. Now contains
  an ebnf description of GNU Modula-2 extracted from
  bnf/m2.bnf.
* reimplemented the CAP standard function so that it
  can be used within constant expressions.
* added a minor extension to GNU Modula-2 which allows
  the last parameter to be optional. See gm2.texi
