  Sorry, this was supposed to be wrapped in an ifdef. You can wrap it 
with USE_GTK_PLUG, or just comment out those 4 GtkWidget definitions. I 
have this cleaned up in my current sources, which will likely require 
Gtk2+ to be installed for the plugin. :-( I've become convinced that for 
Firefox, it's better to be using GTK than SDL, since it's much better 
integrated into Firefox.
