  I'll crank out a simple one this morning for ffmpeg. There is an
existing test for libMad. You'd enable this using --enable-sound=ffmpeg.
Ideally we could use an abstracted class that let us bury ffmpeg,.
Gstreamer, or libMad underneath, but I realize that's much more work.
