  To be honest, we *shouldn't* be modifying libltdl at all. I was just
looking a the diffs, and they're pretty minor. One is a win32 hack that
really shouldn't be there, and the other is a minor addition for riscos.
I believe both these patches could be handled better at a higher level,
and we'd be better off using libtoolize -ltdl to avoid problems.
