Ok, found it in the manual. :-)
I also found the problem:
13:39:22: SECURITY: Load from host certification.comptia.org granted 
(default).
13:39:22: Launching URL... firefox -remote 
"openurl(http://certification.comptia.org/)"
sh: firefox: command not found

export PATH=${PATH}:/usr/local/firefox
fixed it (until I reboot :-)).
