I'm the author of those warnings but I'm not sure they are correct
anymore, under the light of the "elastic racetrack" model.

Sound and video sync problems are really due to the fact both
gst and ffmpeg media handlers uses NO syncronization mechanism
with the actual frame rate. We plan to fix this for 0.8.4.
