Yes. Feel free to post patches to Savannah (we'll get emailed about
them), or just post them here to gnash-dev.
The only thing you should be wary of is that Cygnal doesn't work yet,
and Rob is still working on it. Keep your expectations low.

Sure. It would be nice to have an exception list for the
start_stopped code, along with an editor for it (which already exists
in the form of a gtk / kde widget). If a URL begins with an entry in
the exception list, toggle the current start_stopped value.
