I think you're looking for a --rendering-fps=<int> switch
Such a switch would be useful for other guis as well, as it'd help
keeing up with SWF fps w/out loosing animation smoothness (by using
regularly distribtuted frames drop).
This would be different from the --fps I proposed early (which may be
named --swf-fps).
