Log message:
        (edit): decremented the field count so the javascript hook would
        work after removing the x-gnats-notify field.
        
        sigh.  i hate doing it by field count, but all the form fields are 
named after
        their respective gnats field, and javascript doesn't allow dashes in 
identifiers.
