For that question, I think builder and website (I want to make sure our
changes to the website codebase are tracked, so they can be published
as needed).

I'm told the bzr-trac and git-trac plugins work(at least 'mostly
work'), so They may help with that point too.

I was planning to set up a trac instance at home, that way I can
break/unbreak to my hearts content :)
