Hi,
I installed gns 3 on a Loongson 3A hardware following the instructions in [1]
(Debootstrapping gNewSense")and in [2] ("Compiling Loongson Kernel").
The system is installed on an usb key with 2 ext partitions.
It runs from the boot.cfg file with following parameter:
title gns
kernel /dev/fs/address@hidden/vmlinuz
args console=tty quiet root=/dev/sdb2
This is a first try and the configuration should be fine-tuned and optimized.
For instance, the cputemperature can be quite hot (approx. 85°C), which results
apparently in a kernel panick in the next reboot, until th system get cooler and
boots normally.
At the moment, there is no wifi, no swap partition, and no Xorg.
A series of log files are available:
cmdline
dmesg
lscpu
meminfo
uname
cpuinfo
fstab
hal-device
lsmod
mounts
